If you normally order on the treats4dogs website it has Combined Weight Based Shipping. eBay does not supply this service, but does combine postage automatically on multiples of the same product. If you are purchasing different products, please send me a message and i will happily combine your postage and adjust a refund of any excess postage.

Order processing 1 to 4 days. Delivery usually 1 to 14 days. Some products are manufactured fresh an take a few extra days. If an order has not arrived in 20 days please contact me before starting any claims, because eBay makes money penalties on sellers for lowered ratings caused by incorrect claims or negative feedback. Even when posted orders or lost items are the responsibility of the postal company. We track everything so don’t be worried just say hi.

Returns.

We understand order mistakes can happen. If you make a mistake and wish to return an unopened product because you feel its not right for your dog, you are welcome to do so at your own expense for a full refund once returned. I advise tracking on returns to keep you safe.

If we accidentally make a mistake, Its rare but can happen. So just let me know, and i will happily send you a Free Return Label or send what ever is missing, or refund what ever is missing.
