Order processing 1 to 4 days. Delivery usually 1 to 14 days. Some products are manufactured fresh an take a few extra days. If an order has not arrived in 20 days please contact me. Posted orders or lost items are the responsibility of the postal company. We track everything so don’t be worried just say hi.

Returns

We understand order mistakes can happen. If you make a mistake and wish to return an unopened product because you feel its not right for your dog, you are welcome to do so at your own expense for a full refund once returned. I advise tracking on returns to keep you safe.
